Cancellation Rights

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order, without giving a reason, providing that we receive written notification of cancellation within 7 days beginning the day after receipt of your order.

If the items have already been dispatched, they must be returned to us at your cost, in resalable condition, including all original packaging, with any seals unbroken. For your own protection, we recommend that you return the parcel using a service that insures you for the value of the goods.

A refund will be made within 30 days of cancellation. If goods have not been returned within 30 days, we have the right to collect the goods and deduct the cost of collection from your refund.

General Returns

If the goods have been dispatched as ordered but are unwanted, then they can be returned for a refund within 7 days after the receipt of the goods. Only the cost of the goods will be refunded. Any delivery charges incurred are non-refundable.

If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, but are unwanted due to their description on the website being incorrect or misleading, then they can be returned for a refund (including delivery charge) within 7 days after the receipt of the goods.

Items must be unused, still have their original packaging and labeling, and be accompanied by a copy of the receipt. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount (less any delivery charge paid where appropriate) within 5 working days of our receipt of the returned item(s).

Sporting Challenge cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery of failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier. Liability in such cases is limited to the value of those items, which are shown to have been received by the customer.
